H.Res. 921 passed 410-8, with four voting present. Democratic Reps. Abercrombie, Conyers, Dingell, Kilpatrick, McDermott, Rahall and Stark voted against the bill. On the Republican side, Rep. Paul was the lone no vote. Dem. Reps. Kaptur, Kucinich, Lee and Waters voted present.
